Fortnum & Mason Events (FME) is a joint venture between Fortnum & Mason and gourmet hospitality company Do & Co. FME hosts the corporate hospitality enclosure at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and the VIP club and hospitality facility at Art London, London's annual modern art fair. Each year, these events require a brand platform and promotional collateral as well as events signage and menus.
For each event, we develop a brand platform by taking inspiration from the in-store promotions at Fortnum & Mason which we blend with the overall theme for the event that year. We then develop a full range of print and PDF marketing collateral, event materials such as signage, tickets and table menus – to create a complete brand experience for the guests. Our services also include presentation materials and mock-ups to ensure the work is approved by all stakeholders during the design process. We follow this up with a print management service to ensure the items are finished to the highest standard.
Each year the event branding attracts hundreds of guests on each day of the events. Everything from signage to menus are fully 'on brand' and deliver a flavour of Fortnum's, creating a valuable brand extension. FME can focus on delivering gourmet hospitality as we take care of the communication material. Our meticulous project management ensures everything is always delivered to site, on time and on budget.
