Since 1707, Fortnum & Mason has been the quintessential English store, situated in the heart of London's Piccadilly. The store offers five fabulous floors of all things related to fine food, celebration and entertaining, including six restaurants. Fortnum & Mason has a distinct and powerful brand which evolves to reflect today's premium consumer tastes and shopping habits. The focus is to extend their appeal globally and grow their market share in the premium retail and entertaining sectors.
Since 1998, we have been supporting Fortnum's in telling their unique story through in-store and direct mail marketing, digital literature and menu design. Throughout the year, Fortnum & Mason run seasonal campaigns and we work closely with internal departments to ensure materials complement what is happening in store, whilst delivering specific sales objectives. We back this up with a comprehensive print management service. The re-branded menus for The Fountain restaurant in 2012 saw a significant increase in guests as well as individual spend.
Our printed store guides launched in 2013 are a huge success with over 5000 picked up in-store in the first 3 months. Also available in Chinese and Arabic, driving up tourist numbers and increasing spend.
An interactive PDF for 'Entertaining at Fortnum's' launched in 2012 has re-positioned the events services, attracting increased enquiries, bookings and spend.
