Working closely with the developers, we devised a brand strategy including naming for this development. This was introduced onto a full suite of marketing collateral including website

The name reflects the fact that the site was once a train station and the shape of the icon is symbolic of the site shape and the fact that it is accessed through an approach road.

The brand cuts a fine balance between consumer and B2B as both apartments and offices are available to purchase.

To reflect the modern clean lines of the development, the brand platform is minimalist in shades of grey and midnight blue. San serif typography is surrounded by generous proportions of space to give a light and airy feel.

The website includes clever touches such as an interactive google map that allows visitors to see what is available around the development by clicking on different categories.
