Skype Work Life website

This Microsoft website for Skype was live for two years to act as a bridge between a talent acquisition campaign delivered through their social media channels – and the official Microsoft job application portal.

The website acted as a repository for all the short films that were created as part of the campaign, showcasing what it is like to work at Skype in their different offices around the globe. It also provided video tours of the offices and details on the different roles that they recruit for so that when the visitor felt ready to proceed with an application, they were well informed and prepared.

The short films play a key role in the website content.

The design was very much geared towards being 'mobile first'
